Beautiful Ava

Four month old Ava is such a beautiful, well-tempered baby! I never heard a sad noise from her our entire session. With the heat index over 110°, we all melted a bit for the few minutes we braved the front porch. Little Ava melted into her mama's shoulder and was ready to just relax and lounge in her zebra hat when she came back in. Aren't her rolls and chocolate eyes just to die for!?!

The wait

I wanted to get all of my wonderful, patient clients out there who are waiting for their galleries an update on the wait. I've been in the hospital twice in the past two weeks. Most recently was last night for strep throat, a sinus infection, and upper respiratory infection. I believe in turning out the best product I possibly can and that can't always be achieved when I feel so horrible. I should be up and running by the end of the weekend and I really only need one good day to be caught up. I thank you all for being so understanding and kind while everything hits me at once. Boy, this pregnancy is kicking my behind!

All in one

I'm so happy to have my internet working continually today so I can share more cuteness! Miss Lily gave it all to me in one session. She worked the smile, sleepy baby, cuddle bug, somber, curious, and giggly looks all in one evening. It was wonderful and I loved every minute.

Quick and cute

I am very much loving our local arboretum for family pics and these two kiddos sure took advantage of all the space. What a fun time we had!

It continues...

And look who is 3 months old already! Yup, Mr. Grant is growing up and is quite the serious (most of the time) little thinker already. He's so cute!

Oh, the summer schedule!

My word, things sure have picked up around these parts this summer! Sadly, it's this innocent ol' blog that has suffered. So, I'll be picture bombing the old girl over the next couple of days. To kick things off, the lovely "L" family returns with their yummy little men!

2 Year Old Carter!

Mr. Big Stuff here met me at a local nature reserve for some good old fashioned boy fun. We saw birds, frogs, trees, sticks, dirt, rocks, and way too many bugs (mosquitoes aren't supposed to be out yet!). We played in it all and had too much fun. It was great to spend some time with this busy boy and his beautiful mama, whom I'm lucky enough to see when I get my hair done here.

Why I LOVE Senior Sessions!

Miss Raquel was so much fun to spend the afternoon with! Her fun and quirky ways are right up my alley. I think it's a theatre geek thing. Anyhoo, she gave me one of my fave photos ever. Can you guess which one. Oh, how about which one embodies why seniors are so much fun?
