Mmmm...okay!

I had so much fun with Alyssa and her mama on this senior shoot. She was up for anything and so easy to get a great shot of. I had to keep my joke suggestions in check because she was pretty much down with anything I said. Luckily, she paused when I jokingly suggested jumping into the river at the end! Every time I photograph a dancer, I wind up with new dance faves. What a gorgeous young woman, inside and out!!

Preview Bomb

I love senior season! This gorgeous red's images almost do her fantastic personality justice. Just be glad I controlled myself this much. My first pass through her images had me highlighting 56 faves for a "preview". Ha! Oh, she's grown up so much since the days I used to change her diapers and pose her like a doll with stuffed animals and take her picture. Her Annie afro was so cute back then. I guess it's safe to say she inspired me to pick up a camera 17 years ago. A definite advantage to a big age difference among sisters. Love ya and your little extra "Grrrr"!

Graduation Annoucements

My senior rep came over on Saturday to pick his grad announcement design. So, I had to have some choices for him and I'm very happy with the way these turned out! I did variations of the same three designs after he told me what his four fave shots were from our session with his friend. He wound up picking the last one, so watch for it if you know him. Congrats to all you seniors out there and I hope to see a lot of the class of 2010 over the next few months! Here's what I've been up to.

Be yourself...

So, these two friends were pretty much awesome. You may recognize Joe as my senior rep for the h.s. this year. We met up on an acreage in town with some really amazing outbuildings for a mini shoot to get some pics for their grad party invites. They're having their party together (which makes me laugh because so did their older sisters, whose weddings I did last year). Anywho, I told them to just have fun and I'll snap them being themselves. Well, that is definitely what I got! Good thing they have such fun loving, photogenic personalities that shined through the overhanging rain clouds, especially since it was getting dark by the time they got there! Can you guess which one I call "Okay, we graduated. Where do we go from here?"

Senior J

This senior has to be one of the most fun teenagers I have ever met! He's my senior rep for CFHS and his shoot was such a blast. I won't post the most goofy pics (I won't embarrass him like that). I took these pics a few weeks ago, but as always I'm behind in posting. I've had a hard time picking which pics to post, so here's a bunch.
